Cause of Back Pain Needs to be Figured Out

I have some back pain that has been troubling me for years. I just hate knowing that I do not know what is wrong. Once I figure it out, I know I am going to make sure that I do something about it. If it means that I have to have surgery, I will. I just want to get it taken care of so I can move on with my life. If I can find the cause-of-back-pain, I know it will make me feel so much better because at least I will know what I will be able to do next time.
