HGH Supplements Are Not Just For BodyBuilders

You may have heard of the new HGH supplements such as HGH Energizer. These dietary supplements are made from the human growth hormone, which is a chemical that is naturally created by the body’s pituitary gland. Most people associate HGH with bodybuilders who are trying to build muscle and increase the size of their body, but HGH serves many other functions of the body besides just building muscle. The body uses HGH to repair tissues, strengthen the immune system, replace cells and strengthen bones. As we age, our bodies produce less of the HGH, which leaves us vulnerable to weaker bones and a weaker immune system. People over sixty years old are particularly at risk because their bodies produce less than half of the HGH that they did at the age of twenty. HGH can be increased through exercise or by taking a dietary supplement.
