Treadmill Running Program

Yuri,I’m 57 years old. I started with TreadTrainer 1 and progressed to TT3. TT1 kicked my butt (for a while). in a little over three weeks with TT3 I acheived a personal best 15minutes/mile in a 2mile 30 minute run. NOT BAD FOR A MAN THE HAD A STROKE 5 YEARS AGO, and could only walk for exercise for years.

One thing I must admit that this program has acted like a booster for me. Actually I was never confident about my health, but when I came across to this I found a new to stay healthy.

Note: Funny thing is I’ve never used treadmill running program. I think they are great for outdoors running.
