You Need to Know How to Lose Your Gut for Sports
Spring training starts soon and I am so out of shape. I think I can make the team because I had a great season last year, but I definitely can not go to training camp looking like this. I found a book on the shelf about how to lose your gut, written just for men. I know I’m supposed to be an athlete, but a shortcut or two wouldn’t hurt as long as it was legal. My wife says that there are no shortcuts. I need to start learning to enjoy salads and jogging every morning. Sit-ups will help too. I wonder, how badly do I want to play this year?
